I understand that Roswell Passport & Visa Service transfers the funds from my transaction to the appropriate Agency office and that there is a FEE associated with the use of this service and, that the FEES are non-refundable.
I authorize Roswell Passport & Visa Service to submit my passport application, visa and birth certificate on my behalf at the following entities: U.S Passport Office, British Passport Office, Embassies, Consulates or any other legal offices.
Once concluded, which is indicated by the issue of a confirmation number and receipt, any payments processed are not refundable by Roswell Passport & Visa Service, but rather by the Agency office to whom I was effecting payment, if I have such claim.
The impact of COVID-19 is causing governments around the world to issue and modify Guidelines and travel restrictions on daily basis which are impacting our ability to meet our high standards of services, as of result we will not offer any REFUNDS until further notice. I agree and understand that Roswell Passport & Visa Service or any of its agents are not responsible for Weather Delays, System Outages, mistakes from Passport Agencies, Consulates, Embassies, Delivery Couriers (FedEx, Ups, etc..) and above mentioned agencies have the right to delay processing time due to COVID-19 or deny a passport or visa at their own discretion, as well as request additional documents.
I further understand that I cannot legally process a chargeback on this transaction, unless this transaction was in fact processed fraudulently. If I go forward with a Chargeback as a means of acquiring a refund, Roswell Passport & Visa Service reserves the right to pursue criminal charges against me.
